About The Child’s Nest
The Child’s Nest helps parents across the United States discover childcare options and organize the information they need to make a decision.
From finding names to planning the next step
Search by ZIP code, explore the map, and read the facility details available from our sources. Parent memberships add a private shortlist, care-needs planning, cost comparisons, guided document review, provider reply links, tour notes, and reminders.
Both paid parent plans provide the same toolkit, with different access periods. Compare current membership options.
Where the information comes from
Depending on the facility and location, information may come from Google listings, available public agency or program datasets, reviewed published directory information, provider submissions, and public website excerpts. The application labels available sources and dates.
There is no complete, continuously verified nationwide feed of tuition or live openings in this service. Some facilities will have more detail than others. An import date is not necessarily the date the original source last verified a fact.
What our tools do—and what you should confirm
Your private notes and reviewed document entries help you compare options. Provider replies through a shared link remain private to your search; the sender’s identity is not independently verified. A reported opening is not a reserved place, and a licensed capacity figure is not the number of spaces currently available.
Confirm age eligibility, schedules, full fees, policies, licensing information, and openings directly with each facility and the relevant official agency. The Child’s Nest does not certify facility safety, recommend a specific provider for your child, or guarantee enrollment.
